FULL TIME COUNSELORS / CASE MANAGERS
Program Supervisor for Bronx Children’s Blended Case Management Program. MSW preferred with strong supervisory experience and background with SED population. Provide direct clinical supervision to program staff. Also responsible for administrative duties. Starting Salary $45K–DOE
Program Supervisorfor Queens Adult Blended Case Management Program. MSW preferred with strong supervisory experience and background with SPMI population. Provide direct clinical supervision to program staff. Also responsible for administrative duties. Starting Salary $45K—DOE
Program Supervisor for Bronx Preventive Services Program. LMSW OR LMFT with at least 2 years direct supervision experience in the Child Welfare arena. Knowledge of Connections Build 18 and PROMIS software a plus. Responsible for the direct supervision of 6 Family Therapists. Duties also include overseeing that all mandated levels of service, reporting and charting of client activities and contacts are met and kept. Starting Salary $45K—DOE
Intensive Case Manager for Bronx Children’s Blended Case Management Program. BA/BS with 4 years experience or MA/MS in Human Services with 2 years experience working with Seriously Emotionally Disabled children, adolescents and families. Starting Salary $38K-DOE
Social Workers/Family Therapists for Bronx and Queens Preventive Services and Clinic Programs. Positions involve working with children and families to prevent foster care placement. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS in related field with 2 years experience or MSW with 3 years experience; LMSW OR LMFT certification highly preferred. Computer skills necessary: experience with Connections Build 18 and PROMIS software a plus. Evening and Saturday hours required for some positions.Starting Salary $37K-DOE
BRONX BASED INTENSIVE CRISIS STABILIZATION & TREATMENT PROGRAM
Intensive Crisis Stabilization Therapists – Licensed Master’s level Social Workers preferred with experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children and their families. Will be responsible for short-term treatment and case management services as well as traditional long-term modalities. Flexible hours and some on-call time required. Starting Salary $40K - DOE
